We loved working with Nicole. We came from California. She was always willing to accommodate our schedule coming into town to view homes, as well as being available by email, text, or phone. She was proactive in trying to find home types of our liking, to include sending out an inquiry letter to the housing tract we were interested in. She was patient when we wanted to re view homes a second or even a third time! She kept a keen eye out on any problems a potential home had, and didn’t hesitate to ask for compensation for getting the needed work done. Once we decided on our home, she helped walk us through the electronic portion of paperwork, gave a list of local vendors for setting up utilities, and also gave referrals for vendors for some of the work we wanted to have done on our home.
