Audrey Kelly has knowledge and experience above any agent that I ever dealt with. The situation in selling my house leaned more to the extreme. Audrey has so many connections that got my house ready for sale. Even after a few unexpected situations, she talked me through all of them. She knew what to do, and gave me the options to get it done. She knows what she is doing and put me at ease to finish all the way through the process. Thank you isn’t enough for all you have done.

Audrey Kelly takes good care of her clients. Stays on top of everything. She makes sure her clients know what needs to be done to sell the house. She goes beyond and above just to get the 🏠 sold.

Audrey, is very professional, she’s honest, intelligent, fun, keeps the best interest of her clients in mind. She’s on the ball and gets things done. We will definitely refer her to other people and use her again in our endeavors, our experience with Audrey has been wonderful.!

We love Shanell! We have used her multiple times and she’s become family! Best in Kanab. Highly recommended!!

We’ve always enjoyed our relationship with Shanell. She’s helped us more than once, when buying/selling in Kanab, UT. She knows the market, on both ends, and always strives for the best outcome. She has such a great personality and is great about keeping us informed from start to finish.

Amazing transaction again. Shanell always goes above and beyond for me. She is so knowledgeable and a great negotiator to boot.
