Chantel Markel

If you have a chance to work with Chantel, take it! She will help you all the way through buying or selling. We met when she had her own brokerage, and bought a house with her skillful assistance. Years later, she led us through a troublesome market, securing a much needed sale. There are many steps to buying or selling and Chantel has expertise in the entire process. As we were out of state for our sale, she handled many hiccups for us such as an irrigation 'oops' and other concerns affecting a vacant property. She will keep you up- to-date and will be supportive at all times throughout the transaction, and she can be reached 24/7. You will enjoy working with her, as her caring personality is sprinkled with much needed humor during challenging parts of a real estate deal. Don't get me wrong; Chantel is serious and focused on all the important aspects. She has vast experience, impressive professionalism, and has the skills to get you the results needed.

Chantel is very knowledgeable about the market which made us trust her as far as what homes to look at and how to make an offer. She was aware of our needs, wants, our timeframe, and she was a lot of fun. She found us the perfect home, in our price range, and we are so happy. I appreciate her and am happy to have a new friend.
