I found Dale through his YT channel. I just messaged him letting him know I was going to an open house and if he'd like to go. Boom he was there. He's super easy to communicate with and has tips on anything you need. I had a horrible experience with my first lender. We went over 30 days to close. Dale recommend getting another lender just in case things fell through with my first lender. He mentioned it was pretty obvious they could not be trusted to close on time. On his advice the other lender closed me in 2 weeks. Sure enough the first lender after over 40 days still couldn't close me. They would ask for one thing then another etc etc it never ended. Needless to say Thank you Dale and your team for the great representation 🙏
