71 real estate agents in Desert Hills

All my expectations for a real estate transaction were exceeded in the best way possible! This was my first experience and a lifelong client has been gained! The entire process was smooth and felt like being part of a team with the agent doing everything possible to achieve what you want in a home, our case was looking to buy (we found the perfect home for us on our budget) and we felt happy throughout the process and like we had someone rooting/fighting for us to make sure everything was how it should be and what we wanted. You Cannot Go Wrong in using TeamRDP, any agent on the team, but Stacy was ours and she was incredible! We love our home but are looking forward to the next experience, whenever that may be! Look no further, TeamRDP is your real estate Team!

Stacy was very helpful in listing our home at the best market price. Her professionalism was a significant factor in the sale and quick closing thereof. We would highly recommend Stacy Johnson and RDP for any real estate needs.

Stacy knows her market and her clientele. She knows what to price the house for, what requests are reasonable, and is always working for the client. I have purchased and sold homes with Stacy and referred her to others many times. She’s truly the best and the whole RDP team is great!!!

In this tight sellers market Cheryl pulled out all stops to get our house sold. She staged, created a video and much more. On top of all that, we spoke often over strategies to help sell. Being an out of town sellers communication was important. She is a go getter with all the energy needed to keep things moving. I am more than grateful for all she has done on our behalf. We recommend Cheryl if you house hunting or selling, she was was GREAT!

Working with Cheryl Dawson of Team RDP was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From our very first conversation, it was clear that she possessed a rare combination of professionalism, market expertise, and genuine care for her clients. She took the time to truly understand our needs and preferences, and she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care and precision. Her knowledge of the market was impressive, and her strategic guidance helped us make informed decisions every step of the way. She was always accessible, communicative, and incredibly responsive—making the entire buying/selling process seamless and stress-free. What really stood out was her dedication; she treated our transaction as if it were her own. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and knowledgeable agent who will advocate for you with integrity and heart, look no further. Agent Cheryl Dawson is a true gem in the real estate world, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything she’s done for us.

The market was definitely down during our listing period. Finding out the mobile was too old to finance was actually a letdown since when we originally purchased the property, we were told it was. We paid cash and didn't test that so didn't find out till we wanted to sell. Teri was not the agent in question. Very late in the game we found out there was a couple places that would finance older mobiles and added that to the listing. That was really the only disappointing part of our experience. Could have we sold it earlier if that would have been out there, who knows. Water under the bridge and the property was sold to a cash buyer, but at least they were informed properly, and won't find out later. We would recommend Teri Tobar to represent others in buying or selling a home. She also represented us on the purchase of our new home and did a great job facilitating the closings and negotiations to make the moving very simple and being out on time. Long story short we are very pleased with our experience and again would recommend her services. Randy and Sherry

Teri helped sell my dads house after his passing. I live in another state and needed someone that I could trust in my absence. Teri was always quick to respond, and went above and beyond when there were needs I could not take care of! Thank you Teri!!!!
