She kept us updated on everything as the process went on and she also explained every step that was being taken as far as the inspections and appraisal and what was needed from us. Nina also made sure that we were aware that the asking price was more than what the property appraised for so with her guidance and knowledge we acquired the property for much less than the asking price. We are very satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge that Nina showed. She also treated us as if we were family and our best interests was also hers. We will definitely be recommending her to friends and family for all their real-estate needs, she went above and beyond the expectations of what a realtor is and does. We thank her for all her help.
