I would highly recommend Aubrey Pudwill with Coldwell Banker Burnett Realty to assist you with all of your real estate needs. Aubrey’s experience, professionalism, and hard work make her a true real estate professional. I found Aubrey after a previous agent was unable to sell my home after several months. Once I hired Aubrey She immediately began getting my home ready for the market including taging, painting portions of the homes interior, and pressure washing parts of the homes exterior that needed attention. These are all things the previous realtor did not do.  The key for Aubrey is her utilization of unique marketing strategies and home prepping techniques that many other agents don’t do or do at the sellers expense! She has that ability to think outside the box and do whatever it takes to get your home sold! I cannot say enough positive regarding the services that Aubrey provided and I would highly recommend her services to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

We have had 10 different agents in the past. Bree is the best one we have ever had. Her advice was spot on. From market knowledge to staging to negotiating, she provided excellent advice and her communication skills are outstanding. She is clearly passionate about every aspect of real estate. We had a couple of challenging situations arise and she guided us through them perfectly. She is very detailed and tenacious. She quickly gets answers to any question that may arise. She’s an excellent negotiator. We were ready to sign and she advised us to hold out for a better deal and she was right. We could not be more pleased with Bree. You will not be disappointed if you choose her as your agent!
