David was a good agent who was available, knowledgeable, and communicated well about details of the property. We were fortunate to have had someone very knowledgeable in Mendocino County real estate, especially Ft Bragg. The whole process went smoothly and we appreciated his keeping us abreast of each step in our purchase process.

We found Forest when we were casually juat looking at properties. He was the listing agent for a property that interested us. We didnt have an agent initiall but he took the time to show us the property. He did not rush us, let us get a real feel for the property and answered all of our questions honestly. We spent a good 2 hours that day and not once did he try to wrap it up! He just let us decide when we had seen enough. Through this experience I knew that we wanted to work with him. We actually we're not even pre-approved When we looked at the property. Some agents won't even show you a property unless you're pre-approved, Not Forest! We got to work on working with our lender to get the financing but ran into some catch 22s that were working against us. We let Forest know what was happening and he connected us with a broker who He thought could help us, Tony Falbo. He was right! Tony got us the loan and worked closely with Forest and streamlined the process. These guys both communicated wonderfully and got the job done! Forest was honest and worked hard to make sure we felt well taken care of and worked fairly even as a duel agent. 10 out of 10! You want the property Forest can make that happen!

Lia spent literal years working with us to find the perfect fit. We were looking for a very specific housing situation, with a complicated loan process involving multiple family members. Lia showed us dozens of houses over almost three years, and her enthusiasm, dedication, flexibility, and understanding never waivered. I never felt bad asking to see yet another house because she put us at ease every time we apologized for being such slow buyers, and she was always so patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. She really understood our needs and kept an eye out for us. When we went to an open house for the one we ultimately bought, we called her then and there, on a Sunday - I think she was even out of town! - and she had an offer in for us within an hour. It ended up being both a fast and a complicated close, and she was by our sides every step of the way keeping us informed, always a phone call or text away for the million questions we had.
