Set a realistic price at what the market reflects the value of property is. Not what you want. Be prepared to be flexible on certain issues concerning the buyer. Jayedene performed phenomenally while. Conducting the sale of the estate. Despite having to work with the seller remotely, Jayedene performed numerous inspections, meetings, viewings, and conducted the sale with maximum effort and minimal requirements. Her work was critical to selling during an inopportune time, and with limited lead time to conduct the sale. Her communication on a daily and weekly basis was superb, and critical to keeping me informed despite the distance. Detailed knowledge on almond orchard operations, well pumps, and other tax implications (Williamson Act) further increased the value of the property and facilitated a seamless transition between the buyer and the seller.
