Debbie is the whole package, plus she is cute. She is positive and when I was down, which was often during this Escrow she brought me back to a positive mood, don't know how she does it.

It is already stressful enough to buy or sell a home so to have someone who can direct and guide you and make it as seemless as possible, this makes a world of difference. The amount of knowledge, care, compassion, and honesty that Debbie gives is exactly what you want in a realtor. I don't reccomend anyone unless they prove they deserve it and with the recent sale with my dad's house, who passed away, she was everything we needed and more. 5 STARS!!! Even though the final price was not what we originally expected, Debbie fostered the best outcome possible given the economic conditions. Cheryl has assisted me with 4 real estate transactions so working with her was like being with an old friend.
