Debbie is the whole package, plus she is cute. She is positive and when I was down, which was often during this Escrow she brought me back to a positive mood, don't know how she does it.

It is already stressful enough to buy or sell a home so to have someone who can direct and guide you and make it as seemless as possible, this makes a world of difference. The amount of knowledge, care, compassion, and honesty that Debbie gives is exactly what you want in a realtor. I don't reccomend anyone unless they prove they deserve it and with the recent sale with my dad's house, who passed away, she was everything we needed and more. 5 STARS!!! She advised us when she thought an offer was not a good deal for us, and we ended up with an excellent all-cash offer as well as a full backup offer. Even though the final price was not what we originally expected, Debbie fostered the best outcome possible given the economic conditions. We had an excellent, productive, friendly working relationship. We would recommend Debbie for any real estate transaction!
