Debbie checked all our boxes: communication, market knowledge, professionalism, and negotiating skills. She was well organized, she listened to us, communicated clearly and promptly; she was delightful to work with and had a great sense of humor. She was very hands-on and responsive to our communications. Debbie was great at helping us to prepare for selling our home, guiding us on how to stage, very patient when it took us a long time to be ready for showing. She has a great network of support people she referred us to. Our home was unique and she developed marketing strategies, with flexibility as market conditions evolved. Through open houses, local and regional advertising, and listing in Haven Magazine, she presented our magnificent home expertly. She followed up on interested buyers and provided excellent guidance on reacting to the uncertain market. Her knowledge of the market - which was constantly changing - was key to decisions made along the way. When we moved out of state she supported us, checking in with us and the house regularly. She went above and beyond what we might have otherwise expected of an agent. She advised us when she thought an offer was not a good deal for us, and we ended up with an excellent all-cash offer as well as a full backup offer. Even though the final price was not what we originally expected, Debbie fostered the best outcome possible given the economic conditions. We had an excellent, productive, friendly working relationship. We would recommend Debbie for any real estate transaction!

Debbie was an incredible help throughout the entire process of selling my home. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Debbie shared her knowledge of the market and helped me understand what to expect, which truly made me feel like we were part of the team. Her professionalism and dedication gave me confidence in my decision. Highly recommend working with Debbie!

Aly seamlessly guided us through the entire process of selling our house. She has a huge network of professional companies that assisted us with getting the property ready for sale. She patiently explained all of the legal paperwork and was a true teammate and emotional support through the stressful days.

Cheryl has assisted me with 4 real estate transactions so working with her was like being with an old friend. Cheryl has her ear on the pulse of the county and knows every realtor in it, so she was able to get my house sold prior to going to MLS. She handled the bidding war beautifully. She knows everything necessary for contracts, pricing and titles etc, plus has so many referrals to the trades in the county for necessary repairs, inspections and upgrades. Cheryl always answered the phone or text for immediate answers to my many questions during this stressful process.

We had an incredible experience working with the Rellstab team to sell our home in Grass Valley. From our very first meeting to the final closing, they were professional, highly responsive, and full of great market insights. They made a highly stressful process feel entirely seamless and straightforward. They were always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. I was impressed with how quickly we were able to close on the house and meet our moving date. If you need a reliable, dedicated real estate team who truly delivers, we highly recommend Aly and Cheryl Rellstab! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
