I have never sold a home before, this property was a must sell. Debbie was recommended by a mutual friend. From the first telephone call to the final property transfer/recording, Debbie was there very step of the way guiding me through this maze of real estate. I do not live in the area, so Debbie shouldered my burden, she coordinated inspections, maintenance, showings, reviewing all documents with me no matter the time of day. Debbie's due diligence and knowledge of the area resulted in a quick sale (4 days). Debbie kept me on track during the escrow period. I am a true believer in merit, Debbie went above and beyond what I considered was the normal responsibilities of a real estate agent, she worked very hard for a fast, easy sale; at a minimum she earned my respect and esteem.

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.
