As co-owner of a local contracting firm, her background consisted of building fine homes for clients and purchasing property and building spec houses. Having this experience contributed to Cheryl's acquiring skill in both recognizing quality construction, evaluating a property’s potential, and visualizing a perfect site for a client’s dream home. Aly has been assisting clients in both buying and selling real estate for the past five years in Nevada County. Prior to that, she worked in real estate and marketing in the San Diego area. Purchasing my first home!

I cannot thank Aly enough for her help in purchasing my first home. She helped us view numerous homes and wrote up our offer once we found the home we were looking for. We were very impressed with how she negotiate with the seller during our escrow and helped us to buy down our rate for 2 years. Reponse of thank you for selling our home.

Cheryl and Aly worked tirelessly to sell our home. Our home was advertised in all different mixed media, print and on-line resources ie Zillow. This strategy was used as we were selling in a very difficult market for sellers. Cheryl and Aly were always available to answer all questions and concerns They are greatly appreciated!

The best realtor in the area.

Cheryl and Aly are extremely knowledgeable of the area including Penn Valley, Nevada City and Grass Valley. They listened to my needs and showed me many homes over several months until finding “the one”. Super patient and very accommodating. They made great recommendations for inspectors, loan brokers, and Title Companies which facilitated the quick close that helped get my offer accepted and escrow closed in just a few weeks.
