We didn’t know what to expect or who to talk to, but we were incredibly excited to finally be flipping through Zillow, hoping it would be possible to become first-time homeowners. Not knowing the process or how to start, we inquired about a property on Zillow and were introduced to our realtor, Anthony. This kicked off conversations about our dreams, desires, and what was realistic in today's market. Despite a few houses not looking as marketed, Anthony remained motivated to help us find our dream home. We looked at several properties, scanning multiple towns and even counties. Anthony really listened to our requests and eventually helped us find "the one." He then went toe-to-toe in negotiations to get us a reasonable offer. This was an interesting adventure, and we were so lucky to have Anthony on our side. We came a long way from lying in bed dreaming on Zillow to making it a reality just a few weeks later. Forest answered every call I made to him and was always giving me updates about showings at my property as well as potential buyers. He has a respectable presence in the farming industry and is well known in Northern California. He has the ability to get the right buyer to your property. We found Forest when we were casually juat looking at properties. He was the listing agent for a property that interested us. We didnt have an agent initiall but he took the time to show us the property. He did not rush us, let us get a real feel for the property and answered all of our questions honestly. We spent a good 2 hours that day and not once did he try to wrap it up! He just let us decide when we had seen enough. Through this experience I knew that we wanted to work with him. We actually we're not even pre-approved When we looked at the property. Some agents won't even show you a property unless you're pre-approved, Not Forest! We got to work on working with our lender to get the financing but ran into some catch 22s that were working against us. We let Forest know what was happening and he connected us with a broker who He thought could help us, Tony Falbo. He was right! Tony got us the loan and worked closely with Forest and streamlined the process. These guys both communicated wonderfully and got the job done! Forest was honest and worked hard to make sure we felt well taken care of and worked fairly even as a duel agent. 10 out of 10! You want the property Forest can make that happen!
