LUXE PLACES was an excellent choice for me.

A friend recommended Luxe Places in Gualala. They were a perfect choice for me in the sale of my home at The Sea Ranch. They provided the resources, services, and guidance that I needed in preparing my home for sale. They were responsive to my questions. It didn't matter if I phoned, texted, or emailed, regardless of the time of day, I received an answer. I always felt like they were on my side, and were negotiating on my behalf. Thanks to them, my sale went smoothly and closed escrow on time. I'm convinced that I couldn't have gotten a better team on my side, than Sean and Pia at Luxe Places.

Always There, Always Helpful!

Sean went out of his way on this sale for over two years! Our coast home had a lot of deferred maintenance for many reasons and he handled the situations with kindness, aplomb, and consistency. He found good buyers and we got the transaction completed with all parties happy with the outcome. Sean had to deal with two sellers who weren't always on the same page, but he patiently solved every issue that came up and really helped in negociations. I wholehartedly recommend Sean and Luxe Places for all your real estate needs.

I have had several real estate transactions in my life. This one was certainly one of the best!!!

I decided to list my property with Sean. Because I had met him earlier years ago. And I was impressed with his professionalism at that time. Keep in mind this was twelve years ago. I called him and asked him if he would accept the listing,He said he would, and got going immediately. This listing was a different kind of animal, because it had time constraints.In order to keep a permit vested. He was in constant communication with me, one thing I noticed when he did contact me. He had pertinent information, not just fluff. We closed escrow in time. I most certainly would use him again. And would definitely recommend him. He is no bs and a straight shooter.And that's the kind of people I prefer to do business with!!!
