I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home here on the Mendocino coast or anywhere. He’s bilingual in Spanish as well. I would use him again to purchase more homes in the future.

Edwin was always very responsive. Dealing in a timely fashion with unusual asks around environmental permits for non standard septics and other complex matters. He never let any issue drop. He was always ontop of complexity and was great at communicating.
