My wife and I were connected with Benjamin after expressing interest in a property online, and from the start it was apparent how invested he was in our success. When that house fell through he had multiple lined up in similar areas and price ranges, walking us through pros and cons of each. He was very helpful with a wealth of knowledge that was priceless to first time home buyers such as my wife and I. Through the entire process he was patient and helpful. Any bumps in the road were quickly relayed to us and then fixed very quickly. I cannot recommend Benjamin and the entire Kobetz team enough.
