Growing up the son of a local business owner, I learned the
tools for success. I became very involved in the local community while working
with the family business, Motosports of Ukiah. Managing the sales and finance
for the dealership was no easy task. That is where my skills were honed,
spending over two decades working diligently.
Being a motorcycle racer and bigtime enthusiast I spent most of
my time off with family, racing, camping, or playing golf. After getting
married to the love of my life and having two beautiful girls, I realized that
I needed to find a way to spend more time with them.
Reaching my mid 30’s, with so many opportunities and endless
relationships in the greater Ukiah area, I made the difficult decision to get a
real estate license and launch my new career. It was a perfect fit!
My love for sales and working closely with buyers and sellers
hits home. Becoming an entrepreneur was inevitable. Opening the doors to Kobetz
Realty was a dream come true. I have more time to spend with family while
gaining a newfound satisfaction for providing the ultimate service.
