After nearly 2 years of patiently showing me through countless houses all over Mendocino and Sonoma counties, Benjamin skillfully closed on my dream property! He has always been super patient and very willing to show me anything I want no matter how far off the beaten track it is. Always concise and to the point which I appreciate. As a local , he has deep knowledge of the Mendocino and Sonoma area. He also was very good at dealing with all the odd things that come up when you are just about to close (e.g. “What’s that giant pile of trash?!” “How about that broken down vehicle?”) and made sure everything was taken care of.
