Thank you, Janice for you patience as we scouted Lake Co. from one end to the other. As a first timer, for me, you were a good and fun guide. Thanx kiddo

Janice knew exactly what needed to be done helped with contractors for the repairs walked us through everything we needed to know and more she demonstrated great knowledge for her field. Our house was only on the market seven days and went into escrow. She handled everything and made it painless. She went above and beyond for us. This is the fourth house that our family has used Janice as the realtor for every time she has been amazing. I would give her a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend her every time.

We had an outstanding experience with our Stacey. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and fully committed to getting our home sold. She guided us through every step of the process, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Her expertise and dedication truly showed, and we were very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

It was a pleasure to work with Stacey Mattina and the Knocti Realty team. Selling a house (for me) is very stressful and confusing and Stacey really helped navigate the stormy rock infested waters to a successful sale. Fast and efficient with great attention to details.

Stacey Mattina did a great job handling the sale of our home at 316 Robin Hill Dr. She has strong market knowledge, gave clear and practical advice, and communicated well throughout the process. We always knew where things stood and what the next steps were. Stacey was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from listing through closing. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Our Real Estate Agent, Peggy, was AMAZING!! She’s kind, professional and was responsive to our every need. We felt like we had a partner through this whole process, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. If you want an agent that not only represents you, but also stands by you, Peggy is the perfect choice!

Peggy was amazing. She was quick to respond and found us the perfect house within the first week of our house hunting journey. Not only is Peggy very sweet, she is extremely knowledgeable. We would recommend Peggy to anyone and everyone!
