I loved Working with Miriam. She was thorough, professional and personable. She fought for what was important to me and had tough conversations with me when situations came up we couldn’t control. I recommend Miriam without reservations.

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! From the beginning of our home-buying journey in 2018 where Lia helped us get into our beautiful first home to finally closing on our new property in 2026 which fulfilled a dream to own some acreage, Lia Patterson was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping our family find the right homes. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but Lia made the entire process of both as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She was always available to answer questions, went above and beyond to help us, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work and dedication. We absolutely love our new home and would highly recommend Lia Patterson to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Nate helped set me up with people to clean up the yard and inside the house as well as a good company to replace the carpet. Got things moving and helped get the place sold within two months!

We’ve worked with our fair share of realtors and Clint did an excellent job of handling our transaction. As a seller’s agent, he didn’t just wait for a call from a potential buyer. He made sure our house would show well then actively marketed our home and sent weekly updates. As a result, he found a qualified buyer in a reasonable period of time. Most real estate transactions have their moments and Clint handled every obstacle like a pro. He negotiated with the buyer’s agent effectively. All the paperwork was done correctly and on time. He was available to us whenever we needed him. Clint is a professional and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Recently purchased land through Clint, from out of the area. He gave his total attention to all my questions, and was extremely prompt and thorough through the purchase process, even though this was an inexpensive sale for him. As I frequently buy investment property, I will not hesitate to do business with him in the future.

Even though I live in the Bay Area and Clint lives in Ukiah, Clint’s communication via e-mail and phone is excellent. He is great to work with and follows up on all issues in a timely manner. If you need a hardworking and honest realtor, I will recommend Clint.
