She went above and beyond by helping me stage my home so it showed beautifully, and she was always available whenever I had questions. Every phone call, text, and email was answered promptly, which gave me so much peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful process. She helped me stage my home and did a ton of outreach to keep my home in front of other realtors and potential buyers. She also helped me during the closing process. Amy was very helpful and made it easy for us to understand what we needed to know about buying a home for the first time. She worked very closely with both us and the former owner of the home. Answering all of our questions and explaining the things we were not sure about. She even let us know about all the events and other happenings in our new community which helped us feel at ease about moving to a new community after living in Petaluma for over 40 plus years. Where to start?!? Amy was fantastic to work with during the search for my home. Coming from out of town, she made herself available to me numerous times throughout the process and was so communicative and responsive!
