Amy was very helpful and made it easy for us to understand what we needed to know about buying a home for the first time. She worked very closely with both us and the former owner of the home. Answering all of our questions and explaining the things we were not sure about. She even let us know about all the events and other happenings in our new community which helped us feel at ease about moving to a new community after living in Petaluma for over 40 plus years. Where to start?!? Amy was fantastic to work with during the search for my home. Coming from out of town, she made herself available to me numerous times throughout the process and was so communicative and responsive! Amy's speed of communication and depth of knowledge were impressive from the outset, but when she went above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect of the sale right down to the signing with the title company I was amazed.
