Our property was a hard sell being out in the hills and Amy worked diligently with the local agents in the area to get the right people for the home. Thank heavens that we had Amy! She was able to get us over the finish line after having the property on the market for two and a half years! Quite an accomplishment for us! Thank you, Amy!

Working with Amy was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I was on a very tight timeline and needed my home to sell quickly, and she exceeded every expectation. She went above and beyond by helping me stage my home so it showed beautifully, and she was always available whenever I had questions. Every phone call, text, and email was answered promptly, which gave me so much peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful process. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she’s also genuinely kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with. She truly cared about my goals and worked tirelessly to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Amy was tremendously helpful when I was selling my home. She did extensive research to provide me with comparables. She helped me stage my home and did a ton of outreach to keep my home in front of other realtors and potential buyers. She also helped me during the closing process. She is a consummate professional and also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommned her.

Amy was very helpful and made it easy for us to understand what we needed to know about buying a home for the first time. She worked very closely with both us and the former owner of the home. Answering all of our questions and explaining the things we were not sure about. She even let us know about all the events and other happenings in our new community which helped us feel at ease about moving to a new community after living in Petaluma for over 40 plus years. Even after the purchase she has kept in contact with us making sure that our transition from one community to another was easy and pleasant. I can say with the utmost confidence that if any of our friends were in the market for purchasing a new home we wouldn't hesitate for one moment to have Amy help them finding them their dream home like she did for us !!! Thank you, Amy,

Where to start?!? Amy was fantastic to work with during the search for my home. Coming from out of town, she made herself available to me numerous times throughout the process and was so communicative and responsive! She kept me informed of any changes, needs or requests along the way. I can't say enough about my experience working with Amy! I would work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. You won't regret it! Buying or selling is a journey, and I can't think of anyone I'd rather "journey" with than Amy!

I've had a lot of real estate agents over the years but I was so surprised and pleased to find one of the caliber of Amy Wray. I've never had a better agent! Amy's speed of communication and depth of knowledge were impressive from the outset, but when she went above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect of the sale right down to the signing with the title company I was amazed. Amy was incredibly caring and helpful in every way! We are so grateful to her and would highly recommend her to anyone! She's the BEST!! We were actually sad at the end of the transaction to say goodbye!

Amy’s exceptional market knowledge throughout the process of selling our home was impressive. Her communication, honesty, and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. We truly felt we had the best realtor guiding us throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for a phenomenal agent, we highly recommend Amy!

Working with Amy was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She handled every aspect of our home sale with integrity, professionalism, and great care. Amy spent hours with us helping us make decisions and scheduling contractors to prepare the house for optimum sale value. She gave us wise advice and answered every complication with a calm aplomb. In short, we highly recommend Amy Wray!

It was great working with Amy during the sale of our property. She inspired confidence with her knowledge of the local real estate market, and we were impressed with her honest assessments and advice. We really appreciate her effort to keep us up to date with all information throughout the transaction. We highly recommend Amy!

I was very pleased with Amy Wray and the handling of my real estate transaction. She had me do the necessary inspections before we actually listed the property so that we knew what we needed to do before hand. She helped me with everything. She or her assistant were always at the inspections and were always available to me when I had questions. I also commend Amy on her professionalism. She staged my house when she listed it and it showed very well. I had been to a few other houses where there was no staging and it showed. I was also impressed that she was even at the signing of the escrow papers. No other agent has ever done that with me. I would recommend Amy Wray for any real estate needs.

Amy Wray was a tireless, wise, insightful and flexible agent. She helped us through some challenging negotiations with integrity and determination. She made herself avaiable to us and helped us find the perfect house in a tough market. Great at keeping the lines of communication open and was able to roll with the punches when we had to change directions.

Amy was a rea life saver! I left England in a rush due to health and new visa limitations and had just accepted an offer on my house in England and was making an offer on a home in Willits. Amy did not hesitate to represent me despite the challenging logistics. Amy’s level head, patience, and willingness to quickly learn how England does it (which is very different from U.S.). Made a potentially difficult and stressful transaction a breeze. Amy is an accommodating, trustworthy and competent Realtor. Buying or Selling, you will be in good hands! Again, Thank you Amy, Virginia Pohlson Willits Ca. I
