Karlee got our inspections scheduled on the new property the week our offer was accepted. Not only did she ensure our timeline was met, she surpassed it! She negotiated all the repairs that we needed to be done, and we were cleared to close before our sale even was. We could honestly write 100+ pages on how amazing our experience was with Karlee. The bottom line is that she was with us every step of the way, fighting for us, and delivering more than we could have hoped for! When my husband (who has a disability) and I decided to move from California to Texas, she took on so much more than just listing our house, she oversaw inspections, hired and managed contractors, cleared out our office and closet, and beautifully staged the home for photos. After we relocated, she even coordinated with an estate sales company to help liquidate what we left behind and more! Through it all, Cherrel was thorough, kind, attentive, and endlessly professional. She made an enormously stressful long-distance move feel manageable, and we always felt like she genuinely cared about us, not just the transaction. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
