Her advice would soon pay off as my home sold quickly, of course there are bumps in the road on negotiations and she was one step ahead on the process and always kept me abreast of the process. I think the whole process went as smoothly as it could, at one point I asked a question about a process, I don't remember what it was but Kim said " no my job is to protect you", that really stuck with me having no experience selling my biggest investment. As an out of town seller Tammy handled everything regarding the sale of my late mothers home. From hiring the best trades people for handyman jobs and more. She communicated with me constantly. I never had to worry or wonder what the status was on anything. My husband said her attention to detail was steller. Because of Tammy's expertise we received and accepted a fair and good offer for our home. The only negative is how much I will miss our interactions.
