Excellent and Knowledgeable!

Kimberly is an excellent real estate agent. I just purchased a home with her help. She is extremely knowledgeable when evaluating the condition of a home and evaluating comps. She has no hesitation to look in the crawlspace and attic to report condition. She also has great connections finding contractors for any types of repairs or maintenance. The paperwork went smoothly and was accurate for all of the details. The closing went smoothly. I have bought and sold 9 homes in other parts of the country. Forest answered every call I made to him and was always giving me updates about showings at my property as well as potential buyers. Fantastic Realtor

Mark helped me get into a great townhome with a good HOA that was a cut above the many poorly maintained alternatives in Sonoma County. He was also kind, generous, and demonstrated a significant wealth of real estate experience as well as effective relationship and negotiation skills. On top of that, he helped me navigate a somewhat Byzantine down payment assistance process along with my loan officer. I would absolutely work with him again, and highly recommend him (and Chris Doolittle, my loan officer) to anyone trying to get into a home in one of the toughest housing markets today. Thanks Mark!
