Kellie created a professional marketing package. Video, staging, advertising. All good. Possibly because of the complexity of the property, communication with the staff could have been better. Seemed like a lot of repetitive requests for information from us, the sellers. I am totally satisfied and grateful for the completed sale. We found Forest when we were casually juat looking at properties. He was the listing agent for a property that interested us. We didnt have an agent initiall but he took the time to show us the property. He did not rush us, let us get a real feel for the property and answered all of our questions honestly. We spent a good 2 hours that day and not once did he try to wrap it up! He just let us decide when we had seen enough. Through this experience I knew that we wanted to work with him. We actually we're not even pre-approved When we looked at the property. Some agents won't even show you a property unless you're pre-approved, Not Forest! We got to work on working with our lender to get the financing but ran into some catch 22s that were working against us. We let Forest know what was happening and he connected us with a broker who He thought could help us, Tony Falbo. He was right! Tony got us the loan and worked closely with Forest and streamlined the process. These guys both communicated wonderfully and got the job done! Forest was honest and worked hard to make sure we felt well taken care of and worked fairly even as a duel agent. 10 out of 10! You want the property Forest can make that happen!

Tom showed immediate interest in handling the sale of our home as we wished to downsize. He and his staff immediately met with us and reviewed the market and discussed pricing and timing of the sale. He and Paul Wahlia laid out a plan and we set the open house to be in about 5 weeks. They handled the preparation very smoothly and responsibly. They told us how to arrange the house and grounds, got a preliminary inspection and photographer. Upon completion of these projects, he suggested some modest repairs that made sense. The photography was excellent and showed the property to its best presentation. We were ready for the open house and received 3 offers within a week at prices over asking. Tom and his staff kept pushing the details to be completed and we finished escrow in the allotted time. We couldn't be more pleased.
