20 real estate offices in Healdsburg

Kimberly is an excellent real estate agent. I just purchased a home with her help. She is extremely knowledgeable when evaluating the condition of a home and evaluating comps. She has no hesitation to look in the crawlspace and attic to report condition. She also has great connections finding contractors for any types of repairs or maintenance. The paperwork went smoothly and was accurate for all of the details. The closing went smoothly. I have bought and sold 9 homes in other parts of the country. I highly recommend having Kimberly Singler help you with your next real estate transaction.

It was a pleasure to work with Kellie Larson on the sale of my home in Healdsburg. Kellie is the consummate professional with deep experience in the Healdsburg market. She and her team produced beautiful videos and photographs and I relied on her marketing savvy to position our home. We ultimately found the perfect buyer and I am very happy with the result. Another important factor in our experience was the excellent support that Kellie and her terrific team provided to us as out of town sellers. In addition, they were excellent communicators and kept us apprised of all developments in a timely manner. Thanks to Kellie, we had a positive experience selling our home and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants the best in the Healdsburg real estate market.

Kellie was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, and an effective seller representative. She kept us informed and up to date during the marketing effort. This was particularly helpful since our principal residence is in NYC. We also very much liked the pictures she made of our beautiful home that she prepared for the effort. —John Baumgardner
