Kimberle helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent and Knowledgeable!

Kimberly is an excellent real estate agent. I just purchased a home with her help. She is extremely knowledgeable when evaluating the condition of a home and evaluating comps. She has no hesitation to look in the crawlspace and attic to report condition. She also has great connections finding contractors for any types of repairs or maintenance. The paperwork went smoothly and was accurate for all of the details. The closing went smoothly. I have bought and sold 9 homes in other parts of the country. I highly recommend having Kimberly Singler help you with your next real estate transaction.
