Lia Patterson

Working with Lis Patterson was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. Needing to move closer to my adult children, we needed to sell our home as quickly as possible, Lia kept in contact via phone calls, text messages and emails. She is caring and understanding. She made selling the old home place a pleasant experience. Lia not only had to work with myself but also other family members that needed her input and expertise. She was so accommodating. I am very pleased with Lia’s help and completion of selling our Willits, CA home. She is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and cares about the families she helps.

Lia spent plenty of time with me initially and walked me through all the steps I needed to take to sell my house. The negotiations with the buyers were quite challenging, partly I think due to changing insurance requirements and she took the time to explain all that to me too. When my Mom passed in March of 2026, I was placed in a tough spot. The Mobile Home Park where she had lived for 30+ years hit me with written notice 2 days after Mom passed that I had 60 days to sell the place or donate it to them. And do certain repairs, including repaint the exterior, among others. I live 60 miles away. I researched active agents and talked with Lia. I gave her the listing and I concentrated on the fix up. I have bought and sold over 50 properties in my lifetime, and Lia is in my all time top 3 agents. She is on top of everything and really helped me move this project to completion. I cannot thank or praise her enough.

I was an out of town seller and I relied on her throughout the transaction. Her communication and advise was invaluable. She even handled getting new carpet in the home which resulted in an offer and final sale without me having to travel to close the sale.

Lia is the bees knees. She will make buying a house fun, for real. You will be almost sad once you buy a house you'll miss Lia so much.
