We had quite an unusual house, off grid, composting privy, rammed earth walls and Lia made sure to be well educated about the most idiosyncratic detail. She has a way of seeing the silver lining in drawbacks, knows how to work around lender issues, brings in the most professional back up team. All the while, she is very sensitive to human needs and never any pressuring. She is upbeat and positive, and both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one proceeded beautifully in just the way she predicted. We are still amazed at how it all turned out.

I found Lia was a great communicator. She kept us informed every step of the way. Our country home was built of rammed earth, off the grid and had many other unique characteristics. I felt she did a fantastic job. I would recommend her with no hesitation.

Lia spent literal years working with us to find the perfect fit. We were looking for a very specific housing situation, with a complicated loan process involving multiple family members. Lia showed us dozens of houses over almost three years, and her enthusiasm, dedication, flexibility, and understanding never waivered. I never felt bad asking to see yet another house because she put us at ease every time we apologized for being such slow buyers, and she was always so patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. She really understood our needs and kept an eye out for us. When we went to an open house for the one we ultimately bought, we called her then and there, on a Sunday - I think she was even out of town! - and she had an offer in for us within an hour. It ended up being both a fast and a complicated close, and she was by our sides every step of the way keeping us informed, always a phone call or text away for the million questions we had. I can't imagine anyone else guiding us through the wild ordeal that is house hunting. 100/10 would recommend Lia.

Lia is a consummate professional who knows the Ukiah Valley market well. This is the 2nd house she’s represented us on, first as a buyer then as a seller so we’ve had the total real estate experience with her and she was a joy to work with both times. She’s an excellent communicator and negotiator who provided patient and wise counsel when needed it the most. Can’t recommend her enough!
