We are Canadian sellers which entails a little extra work which Diane had a good knowledge of what needed to be done. She had to navigate with condo boards and property management protocol. Our buyer was out of state and it was necessary for her to deal with unfamiliar regulations. After inspection there were a few minor repair issues which under her guidance they were able to be addressed while we were still in Canada.
