Diane helped the reviewer sell this property

Great experience from start to finish!

We are Canadian sellers which entails a little extra work which Diane had a good knowledge of what needed to be done. She had to navigate with condo boards and property management protocol. Our buyer was out of state and it was necessary for her to deal with unfamiliar regulations. After inspection there were a few minor repair issues which under her guidance they were able to be addressed while we were still in Canada. This home sold at a time after the market turned south, however we were very happy with the sale and closing. Diane was with us every step of the way. In our opinion she went above and beyond on several occasions. Diane always listened to what we had to say. She is very patient and also very persistent. Diane is a great real estate agent and then some! In closing we would highly recommend Diane as your realtor.
