Diane was exceptional throughout the entire process which was quite difficult given that I had to sell my home due to the passing of my husband. The sale of my home was during a challenging market but Diane did everything she could to make my home desirable. She held numerous open houses, booked home tours and sent thousands of marketing emails. When we did receive an offer, she was instrumental during the negotiation process. The buyer was very difficult to deal with but Diane made sure both parties were communicated with and felt she had my best interest at heart. I am VERY grateful for Diane's experience, knowledge and extremely caring attitude. She made a very difficult time in my life much easier. I will never purchase another home as I am now living in an adult community but I would not work with any relator but Diane! She deserves a medal!

We are Canadian sellers which entails a little extra work which Diane had a good knowledge of what needed to be done. She had to navigate with condo boards and property management protocol. Our buyer was out of state and it was necessary for her to deal with unfamiliar regulations. After inspection there were a few minor repair issues which under her guidance they were able to be addressed while we were still in Canada. This home sold at a time after the market turned south, however we were very happy with the sale and closing. Diane was with us every step of the way. In our opinion she went above and beyond on several occasions. Diane always listened to what we had to say. She is very patient and also very persistent. In June of 2021 my family embarked on buying a home for our aging mother. We were looking for somewhere comfortable that she would be able to relax and enjoy.
