She was knowledgeable, she was able to answer the questions we asked, or find out the answers without pretending or guessing. She helped us find a new home, and she helped us through all the paperwork and steps it took for a successful offer and escrow. She was quick to get things done when things needed doing, helped us find other professionals for inspections and repairs. She was available most hours of the day, to answer questions or pick up a signature.
