She helped us find a new home, and she helped us through all the paperwork and steps it took for a successful offer and escrow. She was quick to get things done when things needed doing, helped us find other professionals for inspections and repairs. She was available most hours of the day, to answer questions or pick up a signature. Shalyn did an outstanding job of selling my property and I sold for a much higher price than most people thought was possible. She recognized that there was a strong demand in the marketplace for a Villa at the Omni Montelucia and is very knowledeable about the resort, all the perks included with homeownership and has a strong relationship with the property management team. She did an excellent job of marketing the property with exceptionable photography and stunning video of the Villa, the resort and all its amenites. Shay was extremely professional and stayed on top of the transaction from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about Shalyn and would highly recommend her to represent you for either the sale or purchase of a home.

Shalyn walked into my life as my realtor. By the end of the transaction, Shalyn became my therapist, counselor and, best of all, friend. Shalyn is the utmost professional with a God’s gift of integrity. She is straightforward, honest, and determined. Shalyn maneuvered the sale of our house with ease and pivoted when confronted with our challenging issues. She was thrown a curve ball with a health crisis of ours which stalled the sale of the home. However, even with this crisis, she kept on working and pivoting to ensure the sale of our home was going to happen. I never doubted her ability and expertise for she was transparent with her knowledge of the real estate market. She remained positive as she would say, “There’s a buyer for every home.”Shalyn helped us find skilled contractors and picked out the best paint color and carpet. With that, she scheduled all contractors to fix all areas of the home and the installation of the carpet. Shalyn directed us on what to and how to organize to make our home presentable for buyers. She kept us informed on all issues from the very beginning to the close date and beyond.
