My situation presented challenges in financing as well as location needs. Over more than 8 months of searching Cory remained very responsive and expended hours of his own time searching for houses that might be suitable and meeting me and my daughter for showings. He was patient and built great rapport with my teenage daughter. He made himself available based on the demands of my schedule as a busy professional. He gave excellent advice on the market, specific locations and neighborhoods as well as investment potential.
