Performed functions to complete sale. Strong marketing approach with open houses etc. Upon receiving an offer and during various negotiations, she did not appear to advocate on behalf of her seller client but rather seemed to take the side of the buyers and try to appease them at the expense of the seller. Additionally, it appeared that during calls she was multi-tasking and missed some requested details.

From day one Andi displayed her experience, expertise, and empathy. She guided us through the sale of our home and never missed a beat. She advertised well. Our sale was very complicated as it was a duplex and the buyer used a 1031 Exchange on the purchase. No problem for Andi. Though I didn’t know her or her father before, I have been aware of Jim Erpelding because for decades I saw SOLD signs on his listings in our neighborhood. I’m an old man, and cranky as hell, and Andi was even able to handle me! Trust me, you cannot do better in your choice of Realtor than Andrea Erpelding!

The day after I contacted Cathy, she inspected the house and provided her review and market value. At the time we were out of state and I had to make a decision before the end of the week. Cathy quickly coordinated the listing and staging. The inspection report findings surprised us, we opted to repair the major items requiring four contractors to be onsite. Cathy provided the contractor contacts who were great to work with. She helped with the coordination between the contractors and provided updates. Cathy was very helpful to clear out the remaining items at the house including the sale of a vehicle. Cathy was very conscientious, knowledgeable, informative and timely on keeping us updated during the sale process. She was great to work with, chose the right agent.
