We were in a fortunate position this year to take our time shopping after we sold our previous home. Thanks to Tim's help with timing, pricing and marketing, our home sale went under contract for full price on the first day of listing, just weeks before prices in the area softened and sales slowed. When we started shopping for our new home, Tim knew every potential pitfall and soil issue on each street we toured. He was also extremely diligent throughout the paperwork process, aided by his knowledge of potential issues in the area.
