I would never have been able to buy our house in Lakewood without Justin's professional experience and deep knowledge of the area. I flew in for a week from Germany to find a house. He went out of his way to show me house after house in the area over a four day period & when I was overwhelmed slowed things down to thoroughly discuss the houses we'd seen and help me put them into perspective. Throughout the process he was extremely responsive & stayed on top of every detail. He helped us navigate the hiccups we had with our lender and ensure we closed on time. His help & support was invaluable. I can not recommend him enough.

But what sets Justin apart was his ability to plainly and concisely communicate the important information to us as buyers so that we could make informed decisions. He clearly brought this in his communications with the seller's agent as well, as he handled some potentially sticky situations with very low drama.
