Where to even begin…Krista is not only a phenomenal agent, but a truly exceptional human. We chose Krista because of who she is as a person, no bs, get stuff done, and truly care about what we wanted and needed throughout the entire process. She made buying a house seem like the most seamless, smooth process and made sure we had everything we could possibly need along the way. This being our first home purchase, she walked us through every step, demonstrated thorough knowledge and confidence, and eased any anxieties or concerns we had along the way. She had our best interest at heart and I would do all of it over again with Krista any time. From communication, to genuine care for our needs and wants, to every small detail I am positive we didn’t see, she is the only one I want on my team. The whole process was new to me and my partner, and Krista made each step of the way easily digestable - specifically when it came to counter offers/objections, which we were not confident with. She used her personal and realtor experience to show us what's common and might be acceptable given our specific circumstances. There was no pressure in any direction, and she made us feel very empowered in the situation. Krista was extremely responsive when it came to communication and none of our deadlines were missed, even while she was on vacation! Any in person events were properly delegated to her team members during that time. This was truly a pleasant experience, and working with Krista was a delight! The entire process was made simple and, in a lot of cases, fun! We couldn't have asked for a better time with this huge decision and life change. There are good realtors, and there are great realtors...then there's Krista Bryant Reichow, our exceptional, amazing, superb realtor!! Krista has a vast knowledge of the real estate business, and she put that knowledge to work for us during the recent purchase of my mom's house. Thru her company's database, she ensured that we were getting information on every single listing that met our requirements and wishes, so that no stone was left unturned. In the 6 months or so that we were searching and placing offers on homes, it seemed that there was an unusual amount of hoops to jump thru and brick walls to run into with mortgage companies, HOA rules and regulations, seller's wishes, etc. However, Krista kept a positive attitude thruout the entire search, even when we ourselves felt defeated, and she persevered in finding the perfect home for my mom. She never pressured us to make decisions or biased our opinions with those of her own. She was incredibly patient and took the time needed to thouroughly explain everything so we understood exactly what was what. She acted with professionalism in all of her interactions with us, my mom's mortgage personnel and the sellers' agents. She was always quick and efficient, readily available for showings or to answer questions, and did all this in a competent, cheerful and compassionate manner. I will recommend Krista to anyone I know who is looking for a realtor. She has our vote for being the BEST realtor available, and has our inexpressible thanks for all she did for us.
