He went out of his way to show me house after house in the area over a four day period & when I was overwhelmed slowed things down to thoroughly discuss the houses we'd seen and help me put them into perspective. But what sets Justin apart was his ability to plainly and concisely communicate the important information to us as buyers so that we could make informed decisions. He clearly brought this in his communications with the seller's agent as well, as he handled some potentially sticky situations with very low drama. He also expertly managed a huge time difference (eight hours) and helped us stay on top of our lender and other parties to ensure that we stayed on schedule for closing.
