Jim was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the area. He introduced me to some of my neighbors and made me feel comfortable in my decision-making. He seemed more like a caring friend than a sales person. He made the scariness of moving from Minnesota to South Carolina go away. Due to the fact that I was in Minnesota for most of our interactions I still felt like I was in good hands and that he had my best interests in mind. I definitely highly recommend him as a realtor. I have moved a lot and have dealt with many realtors. None have been as wonderful as Jim.

I met Dan and Sharon a few years ago when Sharon helped me buy my first house in Myrtle Beach… before Dan even became an agent. From the very beginning, they were an absolute blast. Sharon and I are both originally from the same area in Pennsylvania, although we didn’t know each other before I moved to South Carolina. This time around, I got the full tag-team duo!!! Let me tell you… we laughed A LOT. We basically laughed our way through every hurdle that popped up along the journey. If it weren’t for Dan being the voice of reason a few times, I may have completely lost my mind.
