I met Dan and Sharon a few years ago when Sharon helped me buy my first house in Myrtle Beach… before Dan even became an agent. From the very beginning, they were an absolute blast. Sharon and I are both originally from the same area in Pennsylvania, although we didn’t know each other before I moved to South Carolina. This time around, I got the full tag-team duo!!! Let me tell you… we laughed A LOT. We basically laughed our way through every hurdle that popped up along the journey. If it weren’t for Dan being the voice of reason a few times, I may have completely lost my mind. At one point, Dan even offered to put on a coconut bra and grass skirt to help draw attention to my open house. 😂 I’m still waiting for the day we can all take a picture dressed up together — but since I work remotely out of state and have been juggling multiple moves, that adventure will have to wait until I’m back home again. If you want agents who will fiercely advocate for you, go the extra mile, and genuinely care, these two are it. They even planted a St. Joseph statue in front of my listing for me when I couldn’t make it there myself. So grateful for both of them through this entire process

Understood my local neighborhood with the current inventory and priced my home accordingly and we accepted a full price offer in a matter of days.
