Sue helped us navigate a very finicky buyers market in selling our beach condo. She held many open houses hoping we would get a buyer or interest. She posted our unit on social media and advised us on lowering the price periodically to keep it active in MLS. We finally were able to sell our unit seven months after listing. The length is solely due to the market as there is currently a 10 month supply. She helped with telling me about paperwork, lawyers and everything else rated to selling.
