If he didn’t know something, he would let you know and then do his very best to find out the answers. Good caring person. You can almost feel like he is your friend.

Couldn't have asked for a better guy to handle the selling of my home. Thorough, diligent, and constantly communicated to me where we were in the process. Hands down the best I've worked with!

Reeves Canon made our move back to Florence from Georgia so much easier. As a personal friend, we knew we could trust him, but his professionalism and dedication still exceeded our expectations. He guided us through every step of the home-buying process and made sure we felt supported, even from a distance. Reeves listened closely to what we wanted and worked hard to help us find a place that truly felt like home. We’re grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely cares.

My husband and I loved our experience working with Caroline. She was very knowledgeable of the market. She let us ask all the questions we needed and she was quick to give us answers even though we were in another state. We would highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking to buy a home.

From our initial contact to our closing, which was a little over a year, Caroline listened and considered our needs and found the right home for us! She understands the challenges of relocating, as we were moving from Vermont, and was our liaison here while our house was being built. She kept us informed and helped with the few issues that arose through the process. She was extremely easy to connect with and was very quick in getting answers to our questions! We consider Caroline and Donna, our first friends of Florence ! They are so much more than realtors! In summary, Caroline and her team made this a seamless move! I would definitely recommend her !!!

Working with Caroline and Donna was one of the best decisions I made during my home purchase. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, guided me through every step of the process, and consistently went above and beyond to protect my interests. Caroline and Donna were a strong advocate during negotiations and always provided honest, strategic advice. Her local knowledge and calm, confident demeanor made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and efficient. I felt fully supported from the initial offer all the way through closing. If you’re looking for an agent who truly represents you and makes your goals her priority, I’m beyond grateful for her hard work and professionalism and would absolutely work with her again
