My wife and I decided to move from Brandon to Lakeland to be closer to our family. This decision started the journey of both buying a new home and selling our old home. However, our old house was only on the market for about 10 or 11 weeks, and we were very happy with this sale, even in this market! Whitney did a fantastic job with the sale of our home! She was able to get our home under contract faster than any other home in our neighborhood, despite tough competition. At our first meeting she walked us through the process, and clearly explained what to expect along the way. She was willing to work with us on our timeline when we had scheduling conflicts. Whitney was able to provide solutions to any issues that arose (including getting a pressure washer in less than 24 hours notice on a holiday). Tara was a great help with a third party transaction. She was able to be a great point person helping my third party company successfully close with a buyer on listing transaction. Tara was able to secure a buyer during the winter months. She was able to be a great point person working with the actual seller and my third party company through out the process keeping everyone updated on the progress of the transaction to the final closing.
