Tara was a great help with a third party transaction. She was able to be a great point person helping my third party company successfully close with a buyer on listing transaction. Tara was able to secure a buyer during the winter months. She was able to be a great point person working with the actual seller and my third party company through out the process keeping everyone updated on the progress of the transaction to the final closing.
