Eternamente agradecida con Yainys y todo su equipo, logramos hacer un doble closing con muchos contratiempos pero con un final feliz. Esta fue mi primera vez vendiendo casa y la segunda vez que compro. Literal, sin la ayuda de Yainys hubiera sido imposible, todo el tiempo estuvo haciendo negociaciones para hacer coincider ambos cierres el mismo dia. Jennifer is professional, very knowledgeable of both her craft and the market, and is truly willing to go the extra mile, especially in working with difficult buyers. Actually, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home and then assisted in helping us listing and selling our previous home. We had not sold a home in 30 years, but Jennifer walked us through every step we needed to follow , not only and helping us understand what we needed to prepare our home for selling, but also helping us once we got a contract in negotiations, and then working with bit of a difficult to please buyer. We can’t say enough about Jennifer Clark and the assistance she can bring to any buyer or seller of a property. It is my understanding that she also can assist someone in renting their property, and I’m sure that she does a professional job of that as well.

Anne was fabulous from start to finish. Knowing we were moving across state lines she was in constant contact with us. Flexible in setting aside days to take us looking in the area we choose. Once we had a contract on our new home, Anne was on top of it all. Not only did she get us the best deal, but she also kept us in the loop of all things happening. Anne also assisted our realtor who sold our home. The plan is for our new home to be our forever home, should we decide to move again there's no doubt in my mind who I'll be calling.
