While the process took some time, I appreciated the persistence in getting the deal done. Although there were ups and downs, my agent Julia really stepped up when it mattered most. When the buyer’s financing fell through, Julia was instrumental in helping secure a new option through a first-time homebuyer program, which ultimately kept the transaction moving forward. I also appreciated having the ability to advocate for myself during negotiations. It was a fair and balanced outcome. In the end, the sale was completed successfully, and I’m grateful for the effort that went into making that happen.

Let me start by saying how amazing she is from the start she paid close attention to everything we wanted and she made the our process very smooth and professional.
