Although this review is coming up in the name of my late husband due to some cyber anomaly that I have given up trying to fix, this is being written by Dianne Heidrick. I would like to tell you about Erin Connelly, the realtor who helped me with both a sale and purchase. First, let me say I do not dole out praise easily. I am older, set in my ways and very particular. I was also a realtor many years ago, which made me a little more ( to be perfectly honest) judgmental. I was interviewing other realtors, and Erin had been given my number by a handyman. I was miffed at having had my number given out, but thought I’d be polite when she called with no intention of going any further. To my surprise, something in that call resonated with me, and I gave her an appointment. To cut short a longer story, let me say that this is a person who not only does her job with the utmost professionalism and expertise, but she actually really cares. In a market much cooler than we were used to, she had 4 offers on my house the first week. Identical houses on my street had been for sale for months. Yes, it was a nice house priced well, but that would not have been enough without her expert guidance. I have been involved with many real estate transactions over the years, but never felt so looked after and literally taken care of. There are not enough words to recommend her, just call her and find out for yourself. It will be the smartest thing you ever did

Jennifer is professional, very knowledgeable of both her craft and the market, and is truly willing to go the extra mile, especially in working with difficult buyers. Actually, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home and then assisted in helping us listing and selling our previous home. We had not sold a home in 30 years, but Jennifer walked us through every step we needed to follow , not only and helping us understand what we needed to prepare our home for selling, but also helping us once we got a contract in negotiations, and then working with bit of a difficult to please buyer. We can’t say enough about Jennifer Clark and the assistance she can bring to any buyer or seller of a property. It is my understanding that she also can assist someone in renting their property, and I’m sure that she does a professional job of that as well.
